Relationship of Organizational Participation with Organizational Maturity and Development of Human Resources Productivity in the Red Crescent Society of Kerman Province, Iran

INTRODUCTION: Human resource development is defined as the production of thoughts and ideas by employees organization. In this regard, should be equipped with qualifications skills that compassion allocate their ability, energy, expertise, thought to fulfill missions organization create new intellectual quality values. This study aimed identify relationship organizational participation maturity human resources in Red Crescent Society Kerman Province, Iran. METHODS: descriptive-correlational was conducted on all (n=297) 2020. The sample size determined according Morgan table, 169 individuals were selected using stratified random sampling method. To collect required data, three questionnaires used, including standard Organizational Participation Questionnaire (Fayol, 1985), Maturity (Aghamolai, 2013), productivity (Harsi et al., 1980). Data analyzed SPSS software (version 23). FINDINGS: According findings, there a direct significant between its components productivity. It also revealed planning organizing best predictors development. Furthermore, had Society, predictor maturity. CONCLUSION: results showed variables participation, maturity, Province.
